Compensation under the contract
Under this Contract, the Insurer provides compensation within the insured amount, according to the CASCO TOTAL or CASCO PARTIAL insurance options (excluding sections 4.1.5-4.1.7).

What to do in case of damage:
- CASCO policyholders must notify the Insurance Company in writing within 2 working days.
- Then, within a reasonable time and without altering the damage, they must visit:
- Territorial Representatives' Offices
- Claims Evaluation Department
- Chișinău, Moscovei Blvd 11/8
- Chișinău, Dacia Blvd 55
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 – 16:00 (lunch: 12:00 – 13:00)
What to do in case of an accident:
- Immediately notify the police, firefighters, or other relevant authorities.
- Obtain official documents regarding the causes and responsible parties (official reports, certificates, etc.).
- DO NOT leave the accident scene without police approval!
Excerpt from Traffic Regulations (Government Decision No. 357/2009)
- Drivers involved in accidents without injuries must immediately notify the police.
- If they reach a mutual agreement and vehicles are functional, they must report within 2 hours to the nearest police station.

✔ Police report and related documents
✔ Driver's license and vehicle registration certificate
✔ Technical inspection report
✔ ID card
✔ Power of attorney (if applicable)
✔ For legal entities: valid travel sheet and legal representation document
Transporting the damaged vehicle
- The Insurer covers transport costs up to 1% of the insured amount, but no more than 500 EUR.
- Reimbursement is based on transport documents and official tariffs of specialized companies.
