Object of Insurance
The object of insurance includes the Insured’s patrimonial interests, which do not conflict with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, related to the possession, use, and disposal of goods, as well as compensation for damages caused to the life, health, or property of third parties during construction, installation, commissioning, and the warranty period after commissioning.
What can be insured?
- Construction works, including building materials and structures, labor costs, transportation expenses, taxes and customs duties, as well as materials and elements delivered by the client.
- Installation works, including installed equipment, labor costs, transportation expenses, taxes and customs duties, and equipment/services delivered by the client.
- Construction site equipment (temporary buildings and structures, warehouses, scaffolding, engineering communications, etc.) as listed in the insurance contract.
- Construction machinery and equipment: earthmoving equipment (bulldozers, excavators), road construction machinery (scrapers, rollers, asphalt machines), and fixed machinery used for construction and installation works (cranes, material lifts, concrete and mortar mixers, etc.).
- Civil liability towards third parties.
